2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 General Conditions:

  • All decals are non-refundable unless there is an error in the cut or manufacturing.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing error.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Decals that are not defective or incorrect.
  • Custom or personalized vinyl decals.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return:
To request a return due to a manufacturing error, please contact us at support@windsordecal.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

3.2 Return Shipping:

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for all other returns, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Windsor Decal ™ is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3.3 Inspection and Approval:
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the item is found to have a manufacturing error, we will process a replacement or refund within 5 business days.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Process:

  • Refunds are only issued if there is a manufacturing error or defect.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

4.2 Processing Time:

  • Refunds for returned items typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchanges

5.1 Exchange Process:

  • Exchanges are only available for items that have manufacturing errors.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@windsordecal.com with details of the issue.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

6.1 Reporting Issues:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund if a manufacturing error is confirmed.

6.2 Return Shipping for Defective Items:
We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. Instructions for returning the item and obtaining a replacement or refund will be provided.

7. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address for a return, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be accommodated if the return has not yet been processed.
