Thank you for choosing Windsor Decal ™. We are dedicated to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy provides details regarding our shipping options, processing times, and delivery information.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within Canada and the United States. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations outside of these countries.

3. Processing Time

3.1 Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3.2 Custom Orders:
For personalized or custom items, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing.

4. Shipping Methods

All orders are processed and shipped via Canada Post.

4.1 Standard Shipping:

  • Canada: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.
  • United States: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.

4.2 Expedited Shipping:

  • Canada: Estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.
  • United States: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

5.1 Standard Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and size of the package. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5.2 Expedited Shipping Fees:
Expedited shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and package size, and will be displayed at checkout.

5.3 Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping for smaller items to keep costs low for our customers. Eligibility for free shipping will be indicated at checkout for applicable items.

6. Order Tracking

6.1 Tracking Information:
For orders shipped via standard shipping, tracking is not available. For expedited shipping, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

6.2 Lost or Delayed Orders:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@windsordecal.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue, though please note that we are not responsible for lost or delayed orders once they have been shipped.

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Incorrect Address:
Ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Windsor Decal ™ is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7.2 Missing or Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem and ensure you receive the correct or replacement items as needed.

8. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for information on returning or exchanging items. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
